Saturdays 10:00 am - 11:30 am for 7 years and older only
10:00-10:30 white and yellow belts arrive early for 30 minutes of extra practice 10:30-11:30 regular training

September dates are: Sept. 14, 21 and 28.
Join us and learn traditional Shotokan karate at Vecova Recreation Centre!
Vecova is located at 3304 33 St NW, across the street from the Schulich School of Engineering at the University of Calgary. Please enter through the main doors only.
Karate training takes place in studio 3 on Saturdays from 10:00 am - 12:00 pm.
10:00 - 10:30 am.............White and yellow belts arrive early for 30 minutes of extra practice.
10:30 am - 11:30 pm.......Regular karate training.
11:30 - 12:00 pm.............Advanced belts only.
You must register by contacting Iron Will Shotokan Karate. Registration for karate is not done through Vecova.
